Powerball Weighted Generator does not collect personal information from users.
The App does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photographs, or other personal information.
The App does not use advertising networks, user-tracking services, or analytics services to collect information about users.
The App retrieves publicly available historical Powerball drawing information from an official lottery data source in order to provide its number-generation, frequency, trend, and statistical features.
This information consists of lottery drawing data such as drawing dates, winning numbers, and Powerball numbers. It is not personal information about the App’s users.
The App may store historical drawing data and App-related information locally on your device so that the App can provide its features and retain information between uses.
Generated number combinations, weighting preferences, and other information used by the App remain on your device unless you choose to share them using features provided by iOS.
We do not receive or maintain a copy of this information on our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or share users’ personal information with third parties.
The App does not transmit personal information to us or to third-party advertising or analytics services.
When the App retrieves publicly available lottery information from an external website, that website may have its own privacy practices and policies. Those practices are governed by the applicable third party’s policies and are outside the control of Powerball Weighted Generator.
Because Powerball Weighted Generator does not collect or maintain personal information about users, we do not maintain a personal-data database requiring deletion.
Information stored locally by the App can be removed by deleting the App from your device, subject to normal iOS device and backup behavior.
Powerball Weighted Generator does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the App’s features or privacy practices change.
Any updated Privacy Policy will be made available at the publicly accessible Privacy Policy URL associated with the App.
